چکیده

Probiotics gained significant attention for their potential to improve gut health and enhance productivity in animals, including poultry. This comprehensive study focused on the genetic analysis of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 18 (LP18) understand its survival colonization characteristics gastrointestinal tract. LP18 was supplemented late-stage diet laying hens investigate impact growth performance, egg quality, lipid metabolism. The complete genome sequence determined, consisting 3,275,044 base pairs with a GC content 44.42% two circular plasmids. Genomic revealed genes associated adaptability, adhesion, safety. supplementation significantly improved daily rate (p < 0.05) during late-production phase showed noteworthy advancements shape index 0.05), albumen height 0.01), Haugh unit eggshell strength notable improvements ultrastructure. Additionally, resulted reduction serum content, LDL FFA Gly 0.05). These findings provide valuable insights into genomic that support Importantly, this highlights as probiotic candidate productivity, optimize modulate metabolism poultry production.
